Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of vaping products and for health and safety reasons, most products sold on Fifty Bar are non-returnable once opened or used.

However, we may offer replacements or refunds under certain circumstances, such as:

 

• Receiving a damaged product
• Receiving a defective product
• Receiving the wrong item

 

If you experience any of these issues, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with the following information:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

 

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for returns:

 

• Opened vape products
• Used disposable vapes
• E-liquids or cartridges that have been opened
• Products damaged due to misuse

 

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong product or a product arrived damaged.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order. Fifty Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
